DeepInspect Inc. is the data controller for personal information collected through the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Waitlist signup: email address.
- Contact form: email address, name, company, job title, your current AI/environment context, and the concern or message you submit.
- Demo booking: if you book a demo through our embedded scheduler, you provide scheduling information directly to our scheduling processor (Cal.com). See “Third-Party Embeds” below.
- Assessments and applications: if you complete a recruiting or candidate assessment on the Site, we collect your email address and your responses (including self-reported traits, knowledge answers, and timestamps).
- Correspondence: any content you send to us by email.
Information Collected Automatically
- Log and device data: IP address, user agent, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This data is processed by our hosting provider (Vercel) and may appear in server logs and security audit trails.
- Session recordings and product analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity to record sessions (mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, page navigation) and build heatmaps. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies, may capture the IP address, and may mask or redact input fields. Microsoft uses this data in accordance with its own Privacy Statement.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see “Cookies and Tracking” below.
Third-Party Embeds
The Site embeds content from Cal.com (demo scheduling) and YouTube (product videos). When you interact with these embeds, those providers may set cookies and collect usage data directly from your browser under their own privacy policies. We do not control that collection.

- Respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form and follow up on demo requests.
- Review assessment and application responses for recruiting purposes.

- Understand how visitors use the Site through aggregated analytics and session recordings.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Consent - for session recordings, non-essential cookies, and marketing communications, where required.
- Legitimate interests - to operate and secure the Site, respond to inquiries, and evaluate candidate assessments.
- Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps - to respond to demo requests and sales inquiries.
- Legal obligation - to comply with applicable law.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We and our providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential site functionality (for example, remembering your theme preference), and for analytics and session recording via Microsoft Clarity. Third-party embeds from Cal.com and YouTube may also set cookies when you interact with them. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect Site functionality.
We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for users to whom the CCPA applies; as described below, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
