Role Overview

DeepInspect is hiring its first SDR to build and run the outbound motion that drives qualified pipeline for the founder-led sales team. The ICP is defined, the product is live, and design partners are signed.

DeepInspect is building infrastructure for governing AI systems in production. As companies deploy AI agents and LLM-driven workflows, new security, compliance, and auditability risks are emerging that most organizations are not yet equipped to manage.

In this role, you will take a well-defined ICP, identify the right contacts, and run multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls with CISOs, Heads of Compliance, and VPs of Security Engineering at fintechs, healthtechs, insurtechs, and legaltechs from Series B to pre-IPO.

This role reports directly to the CEO and offers full access to the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Take the ICP and find the right contacts. Build targeted lists. Keep them clean and current.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Email, LinkedIn, cold calls. Personalized, not blasted. Your job is to start real conversations, not hit send on sequences nobody reads.
  • Qualify Before You Book: Understand the ICP well enough to screen before putting someone on the calendar.
  • Track and Report: Own pipeline hygiene.
  • Iterate Fast.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in an outbound SDR or BDR role at a B2B SaaS company, with at least one of those years at a startup under 100 people.
  • Startup DNA: You know what it feels like to build without a net. You've written your own sequences, set up your own workflows, and figured things out without a RevOps team behind you.
  • Consistent Quota Attainment: You've hit quota across multiple quarters, not just once. You can show the numbers.
  • AI Ninja: You can talk to a CISO, a Head of Compliance, or a VPs of Security Engineering about AI governance and compliance.
  • High Agency: You take ownership, move fast, and don't need daily check-ins to stay on track.

Compensation

  • Base: $85,000 - $100,000
  • OTE: $130,000 - $150,000
  • Equity: 0.1% - 0.25%

Eligibility: This role is limited to candidates currently based in the United States who are authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
